Frequently Asked Questions About Booking for Christmas Parties
When should we book the show act for our Christmas party?
As early as possible: the Advent weekends and the days just before Christmas are the first to sell out every year. Ideally, enquire in late summer or early autumn. Short-notice enquiries are still worthwhile though – your preferred date may well be free.
How much does a show act for a Christmas party cost?
The fee depends on the venue, the date and the number of shows. The closer your party is to Stuttgart, the lower the travel costs. Send a non-binding enquiry and you will receive a transparent quote.
Will the show fit into our festive programme?
Yes – the show lasts around 5 minutes and can be placed flexibly: as a surprise after the welcome, between dinner courses or as the highlight before the convivial part of the evening. The music and mood suit the festive atmosphere.
What does our venue need to provide?
A level area of 3m x 3m, a ceiling height of at least 2.5 metres and a sound system. Most restaurants, hotels and event venues have all of this without any trouble.
Do you also perform on New Year's Eve or at New Year receptions?
Yes, my show acts can also be booked for New Year's Eve galas, New Year receptions and winter events. Just enquire about your preferred date early.
