How much does a show act for a corporate event cost?
The fee depends on the venue, the date and the number of shows you would like. The closer your event is to Stuttgart, the lower the travel costs. Simply send a non-binding enquiry – you will promptly receive an individual quote with all costs included.
How far in advance should we book?
As a rule: the earlier, the better – especially in the run-up to Christmas and at the end of the year, dates fill up quickly. That said, short-notice enquiries are always worthwhile – something can often be arranged even at short notice.
What does our venue need to provide?
A level area of 3m x 3m, a ceiling height of at least 2.5 metres and a sound system are all it takes. The shows work just as well in a hotel ballroom as in a staff restaurant or a marquee.
Can several shows be booked for one evening?
Yes. Many companies book both show acts – for example the handstand show "Vision" as an elegant opener and the hula hoop show "Swingtime" as the crowd-pleaser later in the evening.
How does the coordination before the event work?
We clarify the running order, performance time and technical details together while your quote is being prepared – so you know from the outset exactly how the show fits into your event. On the day itself I arrive well in advance and coordinate with the host, DJ or technical crew – no extra organisational effort for you.
